I’m Jc Rodriguez.
I’ve struggled with weight gain, low energy, poor sleep, and hating how I looked in the mirror. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in a body that doesn’t feel like yours.
What changed everything for me was learning how exercise can do more than change how you look. It can help you feel better, think clearer, and trust your body again.
I went on to work in the hospital setting, study exercise oncology, and coach cancer survivors with a more personal, more informed approach.
I built this because too much cancer advice stops at “survive”.
